1/19/2017 0 Comments Blog Post 13thA limitation I have at my internship is I keep limiting myself. I get to shine too nervous when it comes to meeting new people but I'm glad I'm at the gym because it's pushes me to meet the clients make conversations and to push my social interaction skills.
1/18/2017 0 Comments Blog Post 12thA challenge I'm facing at my internship is keeping myself busy during the time when I'm not training a client or when I'm not being tried by my mentor. But my mentor "Mike" and I talked about this and he's giving me a project to keep me busy, he wants me to update all the posters around the gym and I'm looking forward to that. Mike explained the project to me and all I have to do is interview the trainers and then update their "about me" section.

Nathan's at Thinkabit he's working with little kids. Arturo is at Dog shelter giving the dogs and other animals what they need. And Carlos is at a Marine biologist helpping his mentor Rochelle Mothokakobo.

1/12/2017 0 Comments Blog Post 9thThe social interactions at Science fitness are people from different places different ages and both of the trainers and clients get along quite well no one is isolated in office we're all together working. What's great about this is it allows the trainers to have a great connection with the clients to open up with each other and understand each other, A trainer that I work with said being personal allows being comfortable.

Here at Science Fitness what we're trying to is helping the people help us (this sounds weird i know, but it's true) We the trainers help the people with any physical body insecurities they seem to help, In return the clients give us the result that they want.
